Job Description

  • Directly manage the sales departments by developing a business plan that projects sales and revenue goals.

  • Be in charge of setting individual sales targets with the sales team.

  • Set up sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas projecting expected sales volume and profit for our products.

  • Create new sales opportunities through networking and turning them into long-term partnerships.

  • Strongly understand Onnet ideal customers and how they expect from our products.

  • Develop your sales team through motivation, coaching, and product knowledge education.


  • At least 2 years working experience in “Solution” Sales / Business Development / Pre-Sales.

  • A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience & understanding in ERP system implementation or software development/implementation.

  • Strong interpersonal skills - ability to build and maintain strong relationships with the team, cross-functional colleagues, and external partners.

  • Experience in managing the team.

  • Agressive with growth mindset and positive attitude.

  • Fluency in English
